Early Childhood Celebrations & Conference 2023

ECCC 2023

The Early Childhood Celebrations & Conference (ECCC) on 27 and 28 October 2023 celebrates the work of EC professionals while promoting their professional development through innovation, collaboration and partnership with stakeholders.

The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Learning How Children Learn, Transforming Practices Together’. The conference will

  • offer insights into the science of how children learn;
  • explore how application of child development theories can transform our practices;
  • affirm the shift from teacher-directed approaches to child-centered approaches; and
  • inform about evidence-based instruction, where data is utilised to effectively assess the impact of our interactions with the children.

The conference is also an opportunity for the EC fraternity to come together and celebrate the progress of the sector and collective achievements of our educators, preschools, families, and the community.
